This release improves Git provider connections, review-app notifications, and build status reliability.

Fixes:

• Improved GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket project connections by using server-issued authorization state
• Improved review-app pull-request comments so deployment updates reuse the appropriate comment
• Prevented repeated build events from moving a completed deployment back to an earlier status
• Improved validation of empty deployment inputs so invalid values produce useful errors
